Freight Damage-Liability for damaged goods passes from shipper to freight carrier. Should any damage, visible or concealed, be evident, a freight damage claim must fe filled with the delivering carrier. All discrepancies in shipments must be noted in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
ALL RETURNS must be approved in advance. Returns are limited to manufacturers defect ONLY. Any blind shipments will be rejected.
